For one night only, Brian Kinsman, Glenfiddich’s legendary Malt Master and one of the most revered figures in the world of whisky, will be travelling from Scotland to personally host an intimate dinner, created exclusively for Candela Nuevo members.
Brian Kinsman has spent over two decades shaping Glenfiddich’s legacy, having personally sampled more than 250,000 casks. Trained under the legendary David Stewart MBE, his work blends precision, innovation, and heritage, resulting in some of the most celebrated whiskies of our time.
This is not a public event. It is a money-can’t-buy experience, available only to our members, an unprecedented opportunity to share a table with Brian, learn directly from the man behind Glenfiddich’s most iconic releases, and taste from the exceptional 1990 Archive Collection, a 34-Year-Old Single Cask released solely for Australia.
The evening will be held at Freyja, led by internationally acclaimed Chef Jae Bang, whose career includes Michelin-starred kitchens across the globe — from El Bulli in Spain to Daniel in New York, and two Michelin stars at Re-naa in Norway. His dishes are an elegant fusion of Nordic tradition and avant-garde innovation — the perfect canvas for this whisky journey.
