For the first time at Candela Nuevo, we present an evening dedicated to one of the world’s most revered whisky houses, The Dalmore. A collaboration long in the making, now finally brought to life.

This will be a progression through The Dalmore’s most exceptional expressions,

paired with a menu designed to complement and elevate each pour.

The night will begin on the rooftop with cocktails and canapés, before moving into a seated dinner and guided tasting. As with all of our whisky evenings, there will be elements throughout the night that remain unannounced, reserved for those in the room.
